Jean Bonifas, Workplace Communication Specialist and curriculum developer, offers a local, timely, immediately – applicable people skills upgrade in a 4 consecutive week course. Specific learning areas include: Self-assessment; listening and inquiring; observing and responding; clarifying and conversing. Participants are part of a small, yet diverse learning cohort. At least one specific new or renewed people skill of their choosing is practiced on the job and debriefed weekly. Each person benefits from their own practical experience as well as the experience of others.
