Session I: Building Engagement & Increasing Productivity

1. Describe 1 listening habit that could be interfering with you being present in meaningful workplace conversations.
2. Write out 2 questions that answered could improve your results and the results of your team.

Session II: Being Influential On Purpose

1. Describe 2 “How Not to Get Shot” techniques capable of helping you retain a positive working relationship while delivering a less than positive message.
2. Identify 1 emotional trigger that could be preventing you from getting the results you desire.

Session III: Motivating Others to Excellence

1. Name 1 extrinsic and 1 intrinsic motivator capable of moving you and your team to excellence.
2. Describe 1 small, yet significant, action you can take to contribute to the success of your team.

Thursday, February 5th, 9:00 a.m. – Noon

NOTE: Purchase includes all three sessions. A workshop participant unable to complete the 2015 Springboard NW Workshop as indicated will receive a credit, upon written request, towards participation in another regularly scheduled 2015 Springboard NW Workshop of the same title. Request for credit must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days of the original Springboard NW Workshop.
