EVENT DESCRIPTION:
The V.O.I.C.E. technique is a playful, self-reflective and physically interactive process for expanding and sharing who you are and what you believe. Session 1 invites you to explore how you communicate with others.
Finding your voice, and the courage to share it, can be a life-long process. At its heart is the desire to be heard and acknowledged and gift the same to others. This is the first of six sessions offered from November to March 2019. Scheduling will depend upon interested participants’ calendars.
