Interpersonal Communication at Work – Summer 2017

June 2, 2017 @ 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Are your employees communicating effectively with customers and one another? How well do they handle difficult situations and people? How well do they follow instructions? Make decisions?

Workplace communication trainer, Jean Bonifas from Springboard Northwest, facilitates an interpersonal communications skills upgrade and refresher.

Specific learning areas include:

  • Listening and asking questions;
  • Observing and giving feedback;
  • Clarifying and conversing.

This is an interactive, conversational, four session course in professional interpersonal communication basics. (Although Single Session attendance is available, participants will benefit less by not being part of the on-going group.) Each participant learns from the experience of others while sharing their own practical experience. They select at least one idea/ skill to practice at work, then share what they learned from that practice in the next session.
