Laughter Yoga

Laughter is a tremendously efficient way to express and release tension in a positive manner. It is proven to relieve stress and have physiological as well as emotional benefits, whether it is real or simulated.

Laughter Yoga uses a series of simple, structured group laughter and yogic-breathing exercises that focuses on eye contact and childlike playfulness. Its concept is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter if performed willingly.
