A conversation and coaching skills workshop in two sessions for Managers, Supervisors and Business Owners. Cost includes two, 2-hour sessions on January 22, 2016 & January 29, 2016 for a total of $140.
Session I – Friday, January 22, 2016 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
As a result of participating you will be able to:
- Shift your mindset about managing valued, yet troublesome employees
- Select at least one strategy to decrease the troublesome impact of a valued employee
Session II – Friday, January 29, 2016 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
As a result of participating you will be able to:
- Describe at least two communication techniques immediately applicable to strengthening the contribution of a valued, yet troublesome employee
- Create a strategy for on-going effective management of valued, yet troublesome employees
