Artful Storytelling I

Whether you want to tell stories to entertain, educate or engage listeners in thinking beyond their ready solutions to everyday problems – the facts are clear. Stories have the power to galvanize us into action, evoke emotion, capture our imaginations, and move us to change without force. Storytelling is the heart of meaningful, impactful communication at work and in your life.

Each week we tell stories using a variety of techniques for enriching the delivery of current or long-time favorite stories, and stories we invent on the spot. Class participants are encouraged to purchase “Storytelling and the Art of Imagination” by Nancy Mellon.

Dates and Details:  Tuesdays, June 7 through July 26, 2016 from 3 pm to 4:30 pm (8 weeks)
